Designed for a conch piercing, but wear this wherever you like! Every one has a different shaped ear and you know best where it will fit you and look beautiful.

This is an endless hoop - to fit you twist it open sideways (not outwards which would cause it to loose a circular shape!) insert, then twist closed. The gemstone is attached to one side so you can fit the ring all the way through piercing before closing.
