This website is operated by Victoria Grace Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Victoria Grace Studio. We craft contemporary jewellery from our independent studio in the UK.

2. Intellectual Property

Every piece of jewellery, design, collection name, photograph, logo, and text on this website is the original creative work of Victoria Grace Studio. All content is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Please do not reproduce, copy, or use any of our work or imagery without our express written permission.

3. Product Accuracy & Display

Each piece of jewellery is individually hand-forged, meaning tiny variations are a natural part of its unique artisan character. While we take great care to photograph and describe our pieces accurately, your computer monitor or phone screen may display colours and finishes slightly differently.

4. Contract of Sale & Pricing

  • Prices for our jewellery are subject to change without notice.

  • We do our absolute best to ensure all pricing and sizing information is correct. In the rare event of a clear technical glitch or pricing error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

  • Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our final acceptance of the order. The contract of sale is officially formed when your package is securely dispatched from our studio.

5. Bespoke & Custom Commissions

For custom sizes or bespoke commissions, we will agree upon a final design, timeline, and price with you before work begins. Because these items are made explicitly to your personal specifications, custom and bespoke jewellery pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a structural fault is present.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timescales are provided as a guide. While we use Royal Mail Tracked shipping to ensure your treasures arrive safely, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected courier delays due to postal strikes, seasonal backlogs, or severe weather.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care to craft exceptional, high-quality jewellery, Victoria Grace Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits, missed events, or personal inconvenience) arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our pieces.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total financial liability to you for any claim regarding a purchase will never exceed the total price you paid to us for that specific item. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused directly by our proven negligence.

8. Governing Law

These terms, your use of this website, and any purchases made from our store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
